Apples

Excellent apples, see descriptions below for best match and make sure to put into the notes which variety you would like:

Enterprise- Delicious eating or baking apple.  Limited supply but very tasty, red, large and crisp.  Stores well.

Gold Rush- small yellow apple, great for eating but thicker skin for storage so may need peeled for little ones.

Chesapeake- Originated in KY; crisp sweet; also great for pies or canning

Arkansas Blacks

Winesap- Sour, tart & red SOLD OUT

Black Twig- excellent keeping apple; very hard; great for baking/canning. SOLD OUT

Northern Spy- sweet, tart, delicious eating but ranked best pie apple. Sold Out

Ida Red/ Dixie Reds- similar to Cortland great for eating or pie Sold Out

Empire- sweet and just slightly tart eating apple. Sold Out

MacIntosh are sold out for the season :(

Jonathon- very sweet due to hot weather; similar in taste to gala; SOLD OUT

Mutsu- Cross between Japenese Indo and Golden Delicious; good for pies and keeps well; citrusy after taste Sold Out
