Ham- Boneless Ham Lunch Meat

Pastured pork raised from young piglets purchased from a local breeder each spring.  They have a large barn open to a pen that they live in until a little older, then we move them each day to their pasture across the drive for rooting and eating whatever they want.  They come in at night to a grain mix and we feed them lots of scraps or garden produce.  When they are old enough, they go to Landes Meats in Englewood for processing.  Landes does a great job on the packaging and curing of the pork.  No antibiotics or growth hormones.
