LOOKING TO USE SOME HEALTHY GREENS?

Always looking for new things to do with greens and a way to turn my kids onto them, I made this yummy recipe and it was a hit!

Kale Chips

Cut up Kale into chip size pieces, toss with some olive oil and sea salt and bake at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until desired crispness.  A great salty snack alternative!

 

 

Swiss Chard, Spinach, and Rice Gratin

I have not tried this one but I suspect you could use chard, kale or any combination and it would be just as delicious.
